FAQs

Q: How can we get inside to see an actual unit and possibly start the process to rent a unit?
A:  We need your cell phone number, your email to send you an application to fill out, and we need to speak with you to setup a showing.

Q: What’s the deposit you need to secure a unit?
A: First and last month’s rent as a deposit.  We would then determine a move in date.  Your rent will be pro-rated so, in other words, you will only pay for the days you occupy that unit for your first month.  Rent is then due on the 1st and late on the 5th.
